Reports are not intuitive
Optimisation logic is not transparent

Allowed for a variety of customer views of the cost data

Really difficult to use, especially as an Azure consumer with features that appear available but are not. Once skilled the data is very powerful, but in a busy financial environment majority of consumers do not have the time to learn a tool like this, which means that we need to create a presentation layer on top,
