I've used it mostly for accelerating decision making leveraging it'd data driven insights, deployed voice agents and chatbots with low lift and ease, an asset to take data and remarkably provide me questions and answers to assist this NJ ING and learning and overall derive context where needed.

Pros
- Extremely user friendly democratizer of organizational ai
- Easy to use learn from and train chat bots and voice agents
- Remarkable learning asset quickly and fluently taking massive data and providing perfect compelling guiding questions and answers
Cons
- I'd like to see more incorporation of powerful statistical analytics frameworks and do powerful evaluations of the statistics and the varying approaches one could take to the analyses highlighting where and why are pros / cons.
- Then running the models and creating an easy to digest report discussing the findings across the reports and what they mean all in continuity
- Very very high ROI but hard to precisely measure given the myriads of mxms it delivers lifts
