Overall Satisfaction with iDenfy

Once we need to employ employee remotely, identity verification is required. We are using iDenfy to verify employee's identity.
  • The administrator panel is easy to use
  • ID verification is done very quickly
  • Customer support respond quickly to any request
  • The pricing model is confused
  • All initiated verifications completed 100%
  • Verifications reviewed by operator quickly, within couple of minutes

The software works great, it is easy to use and ID verification is quick. We are paying only per successful verification, this pricing model is totally different compared with previous softwares we used. At beginning it was hard to understand but now it's okay.
