Overall Satisfaction with Infusionsoft

We use Infusionsoft to interact with our customers and to maintain our long-term and short-term nurture campaigns to ensure that none of our customers are left to fall through the cracks.
  • Lead capture and follow up
  • Target marketing and communication
  • Segmentation and workflow
  • The customer support at Infusionsoft could use help.
  • Some of the interface is wonky and it feels like it doesn't work as well as the campaigns work.
  • The template designs are great but it feels like there are extra steps to some of the processes and not enough steps to others.
  • This helped us to keep our customer base moving forward.
  • It has helped us speed up the rate at which we can communicate with our customers.
  • It has helped us to grow our business exponentially.
We tried different products and all of them had various features that we needed but Infusionsoft seems to be a better all-in-one solution.
It's not great if you don't have leads or a lead [manager.] And it does work great if you have a customer service base when you're trying to educate them and walk them through a nurture campaign.
