Overall Satisfaction with Intercom

We use it to track usage and segment users as well as the help chat feature.
  • Help chat does a great job to ease the burden of the CSMs from handling all client work.
  • The chat function is easy to use.
  • Customers always brag about the chat feature.
  • Sometimes the app crashed but that happens with any platform.
  • I wish there were different options for the chat sound.
  • I do not decide on the investment in the platform.
It's a perfect fit for our business model and allows us to support clients internationally with ease.
