Overall Satisfaction with ITONICS Innovation OS

I use ITONICS Innovation OS to structure idea management at my company.

Pros

  • Great tool to structure & manage your innovation ideas & projects
  • Good data visualisation
  • Easy to adjust/customize

Cons

  • vulnerability to (repeated) bugs, some of which are discovered late and by chance or cannot be resolved on the live platform despite efforts
  • limited roadmap function
  • limited integration with other tools
  • innovation management is more efficient
  • time saving
  • more focused innovation work instead of administration tasks
Overall, I think ITONICS Innovation OS is easy to use without many explanations.
