In my previous organization, we use Ivanti Endpoint Manager (IEM) to make managing all our devices much easier. It lets us track, update, and secure every computer and mobile device from a single place, which saves a lot of time and keeps our IT team focused on bigger projects instead of routine tasks.

Ivanti Endpoint Manager was good at Automated Patch Management and has a efficient Software Distribution methodologies. It is also has powerful Remote Control for Support and good inventory management

Evaluating Ivanti Endpoint Manager and Competitors
Yes - Citrix profile manager. Citrix profile manager was using basic profile and there was no console to restore things. With Ivanti endpoint manager there was console and we can see the data and restore it properly for end user.

- Ease of Use
Using Ivanti was ease of use. It integrated with different version of windows and there was option to use it on virtualised version of windows.
I don't think profile manager is must anymore. With windows 11 and changes to MS office now all customisation can be backed up with O365. I wish this was available earlier and so there would have been a better environment to deploy and work on.
