Overall Satisfaction with Jabra Speak Series

For remote employes, we issued Jabra Speak Series 75 headsets to them. The noise cancelling and boom arm microphone do a fantastic job of making calls easy to hear and easy for others to understand. They are comfortable and lightweight and have a high sound quality. However, the software for PC is abysmal. There are significant issues when using Teams and computer sound, despite the Teams friendly software they boast. Sound often cuts out, is garbled, or switches between the Teams call and the computer at varying volumes, leading to quiet calls and max volume notifications. I have sent multiple tickets to Jabra on this issue and called repeatedly- to no avail. There has been no contact, follow-up, or resolution.

The headset is intuitive and easy to use, with tactile buttons for volume, power, bluetooth, play/pause, ANC, and pass-through audio. It can connect via USB, bluetooth, or USB cable to a computer, and has a high-quality connection to the device, which can stretch up to 20 feet without issue.
Logitech Connect allows you to control everything- even the button mapping on your devices. Compared to the Jabra Connect software, it does not even hold a candle to the customization and capabilities of the former. It would be like comparing a Jabra minivan to the power and performance of a Logitech Ferrari.

Jabra Speak Series is well suited to employees who spend a lot of time in ap hone queue or call systems, especially for meetings. The headset is comfortable to wear for extended periods of time and has a long-lasting battery life. I would not recommend it for people who use Microsoft Teams in any format.
