Overall Satisfaction

  • A easy and efficient way to allow outside customers to utilize BI Offerings to help them get at their information more easily. We have a series of reports that now live in the hands of our clients that can be easily updated and improved.
  • There server product is easily configurable with our company's UI that allows our customer to easily move between the software.
  • The overall general maintenance of the system on a day to day basis is a lot easier that previously used tools.
  • iReport and the ability to style and maintain correct outputs throughout all of the types. I realize iReport is being replaced and hope that Studio is better at formatting.
  • Allowing for customized code within Jasper Server is difficult to be able to upgrade as quickly as Jasper comes out with improvements.
  • Increased employee efficiency, as it allows our clients to be more self-sufficient. Our clients are able to get to data quickly and have only has positive things to say about the tool.
  • Overall customer satisfaction, as our clients are happier with Jaspersoft than our previous toolset. In the past we have utilized more internal applications where we have had to manually send data to out clients.
  • Although the tool itself allows us to do much more then we used to we have noticed it takes longer to produce a product then before.
We are overall satisfied with Jaspersoft and will definitely be keeping it for the near future. We have had great experience with their consultants and are able to easily satisfy our customers with more advance business intelligence offerings than ever before. We are more than happy with our decision to go with Jaspersoft.
My overall experiences with Jasper are definitely above and beyond any other tool I have worked with. The idea that our customers have the ability to schedule and utilize the customize options we provide allows our company to move leaps and bounds ahead of where we were in other Business Intelligence offerings.
