Overall Satisfaction with JobBOSS²
We are a manufacturing company using JobBOSS² in all aspects of our workday. We use a majority of the features provided with the software throughout each day, and we also use it to Sync with our desktop version of QuickBooks for Accounting. We have found JobBOSS² to be very user-friendly, easy to learn, and to use. I use the Estimating, Customer Quotes, Orders, Shipments, Vendor RFQs, Vendor POs, Receiving, Inventory Items, Inventory Adjustments, Time & Attendance, and Inventory Transfer modules on a routine basis each week. I have found them all very easy to use and have had no issues with any part of it. I have also learned how to use the Report Designer function and have found it relatively easy to make my reports look how I want them to, instead of just the standard format.
- Customer service and Technical Support respond quickly and work diligently to fix any issue I may run into so I can continue to work without any large delays.
- I love how easy it is to open additional copies of JobBOSS² as I usually work in several places at once in the system and have anywhere from 3 to 5 open at a time.
- All of the different areas of JobBOSS² that I use were incredibly easy to learn, and I love that everything you need to see or enter is on the same page without having to click on additional tabs to enter information.
- We have seen improved visibility of our jobs and on how we quote our products to our customers.
- It is nice to be able to see what is running on each station, who is running it and what part of the process the job is currently at.
- I also like the Data Collection module as I can see in real time what all the employees are currently doing.
Managing all aspects of the shop from one place makes it easier for me to plan out the manufacturing schedule and ensure that things are running where they are supposed to be and running in the time frame allotted.
We use Quickbooks for our Accounting features, and it is very easy to Sync our shipments with Quickbooks so that our Accounting is up-to-date in JobBOSS².
