Overall Satisfaction with JobBOSS²
We utilize JobBOSS² to track customer orders, purchase orders, and inventory. It allows us to monitor the activity and maintain data records of the activity.
- Easily "inquire" on parts, vendors or customers
- Able to trace activity via audit trail
- Can import BOMs
- It is clunky in going from "TAB" to key board on data entry screens
- Processing returns is a lengthy process & too many steps
- Processing orders for stock is a bit cumbersome
- Check processing with discounts is not the easiest
- Production scheduling is challenging
- We have improved our process from manual to computerized thanks to JobBOSS²
