Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use JobBOSS² for everything at our organization, it's really helped us grow as a team. It's great for keeping track of all customer orders and all vendor purchase orders, whether they are open or closed. Using JobBOSS² makes everything easier to find in just a few clicks. I couldn't imagine working here without it.

All-in-One Platform

Very well. It's nice to only have to use once source for everything. It makes it much easier to manage and find things. It's also easier for training. There's only one system to be trained on and it's very easy to understand.

JobBOSS² works great for large production orders, but it is not the greatest for one time orders. The estimating module is great and you can get super detailed in the BOM and routing steps, but if you're only going to make that order one time is it really worth all of the prep time? Now, it's very different for large production orders, because you want to be as detailed as possible and put as much time into the prep to avoid any issues in production.
