Overall Satisfaction with JobBOSS²

We use JobBOSS² as our main ERP. We create work orders, quotes, convert quotes into jobs, etc. It is mostly functional with the exception of inventory tracking. We have major issues with the way JobBOSS² is designed for inventory. We have to do a manual entry daily to accurately track our inventory.

  • Purchase orders (purchasing to a job or to stock)

  • Effective margin reports
  • Great time on job tracking
  • Would be nice to get an alert when actual hours are nearing quoted hours

JobBOSS² is a great tool for tracking time to jobs, and it does give the ability to create some decent reports (margin reports, usage reports). In my experience, it is not a good inventory management system
