Overall Satisfaction with JobBOSS²
Inventory control management and tracking manufacturing process. Streamlined integrated platform instead of using different apps to manage end-to-end manufacturing process Primarily used to track inventory & some basic manufacturer tracking. Then using this data to analyze purchasing decisions. Will allow us to scale processes and data analysis as our company grows

- Great when you are familiar with the app, but the initial training can be daunting. A simpler tracking model would help for some end-users
- A little pricey for what we use it for, but itll allow us to scale once we grow
- Ongoing training required - ideally most of the app is more intuitive
- Provided reporting/analytics to forecast inventory levels
- Streamline manufacturing process to shorten delivery time
- Scalability - limits initial costs to purchase software & grows with your company

2 - There are only 2 staff supporting this application right now, they need to have a good understanding of most of the processes with manufacturing and how we maintain inventory control and a high level idea of cost control and pricing within our business. Communication is key as there is a lot of input needed from other staff

Although ECI requires a steep learning curve which includes time and training, it makes sense as we are considering micro managing all the small components in our manufacturing process. Also, we would like to have better inventory management (both from a finished product & raw material standpoint). Utilizing this software allows us to make more accurate estimates
I underestimated the amount of time & effort required to use this software. There was also a lack of appreciation of how much work is required by staff to maintain lists and input constant info so we can accurately track our inventory and raw materials. We also didnt realize that the software wasnt as customizable as we had been first led to believe
