Overall Satisfaction with Kendo UI
We are a custom software development company. We used Kendo UI as part of the toolset used for a web application development for a Program/Project Management application for a state government agency. For improved usability, and easier Section 508 compliance, we needed a set of basic UI controls beyond basic HTML5 controls. This is the only client we are currently using this software on as we typically use tool standards as established by the client (which did specify the use of Telerik for this effort).
- Wide range of controls.
- We rarely run into development issues with the controls.
- Grid control is fairly robust, but you can always add more functionality.
- Like any toolset, it takes some time to get proficient. Once done these controls do lower time to develop.
The use of Telerik tools was mandated as a standard by our client, so no evaluation was conducted. That said, were are happy with their selection.
