Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Care

It is used to assist customers with their products & services and used to stay on top of current trends. It addresses the need of easily keeping customers connected vs legacy platforms such as live chat or phone support. Customers can easily communicate via social platforms for a better customer experience.

  • Tagging system could be improved to be able to mass manage better.
  • Information could be more condensed in user view to allow for more information on screen.
  • Ability to open multiple conversations at the same time.
  • Searching filter via only agent or customer, not just both.

  • Customer retention through ease of use
  • Easily picked up by new agents
It has everything needed and adapts as the world changes. When new products get released they can be implemented in a timely manner. I'm not the decision maker for this question but as a user I would absolutely renew and will give that as my feedback. Great product over all. Very stable.
Company has grown so much on the platforms we support. Starting with Twitter and expanded to Facebook, Instagram, Google Messaging, Apple Business Chat and options to add more clients if wanted such as Email, LinkedIn. Always adapting with new platforms to stay on top of the best customer experience. Perfect!
I haven't used other products as Lithium has fulfilled all needs other than what native provides. Reporting is excellent and makes there no need to use any other product. Very adaptable and customizable to what is needed to get the job done. Overall I have no issues with this product.

Absolutely great platform to stay connected with your clients and will provide all your social needs. Very reliable and engaged support. If there is ever an issue, support is right there to help as quickly as possible. Nothing but great things to say as it has helped to provide outstanding customer service.
