PaperPort Professional

Overall Satisfaction with Kofax PaperPort (formerly Nuance)

Had been using it as file organizer and to complete documents. Sadly, it's stopped working!

Pros

  • None for the current verision

Cons

  • Will no longer open so nothing works
  • ROI = negative
  • No longer opens
  • No support line to contact for technical support
Purchased the Pro because of prior history with Nuance PaperPort. Wish I had done research prior to spending $199.

Back 15 years ago it worked perfectly. Used my old version until it had to be updated, which I did last year. After updating it recently it no longer will open and I can not find help with the issue. Tried solutions found online but non will work so it's a wasted $200!
