Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF

I mainly use Kofax for converting documents to PDF, Word, or Excel. Being able to convert to a Word document allows us to make any changes to a PDF. Or take a PDF document and make small edits to the wording and then saving again as a PDF. It allows me and my colleagues to make quick changes to documents which save us time. Also, it is very useful to be able to extract or add pages to a PDF document.
  • Converting to Word without many errors.
  • Keeping the format when converting back and forth.
  • Make quick edits to documents.
  • Add marks or highlights when needed.
  • Of the features I use, everything works well!
  • Time-saving is a major component.
  • Ease of use. It doesn't take long to learn.
  • Versatile. It can be used in several different ways.

Kofax PDF has a full set of features that will be beneficial for different scenarios. In my experience, I used it most when I need to remove a page from a document, alter a previous document where I need to change a term of a contract, remove or add a line item or make any other change to a document before sending. I can't think of a specific scenario in which it would not be an appropriate tool to use.
