Overall Satisfaction with Kyvos Insights

We used Kyvos Insights to integrate our backend data services to provide a simple interface with high-speed query fetching, and advanced analytics dashboards for making data-driven decisions. We generated a big set of data with around 50 columns, each denoting different sets of information, and it was capable enough to allowing picking up the required columns only, so data-driven decisions can be taken.

Pros

  • Easy to integrate with existing tech stack.
  • It is easy to make big complex queries and minimal processing time.
  • Good customer support and customization support from customer service team.

Cons

  • Use of AI for reduce extra efforts required.
  • Creating unified dashboards for different types of data if required.
  • Its interface is very friendly and can handled complex queries which helped us ship the product direct to consumer with our backed integrated, it allowed them to customize views providing complete control.
It serves the purpose for data analytics, the scope of improvement is only in the AI integration front.

Kyvos Insights is best suited for data analytics related work where a large chunk of data is required to be handled on a daily basis, and I won't recommend it for someone with a consulting business in web or app services.
