Overall Satisfaction with Lasso CRM

Lasso CRM is used to manage our new condo development project inventory, prospects and purchasers. All real estate brokers and sales assistant assigned to their respective projects use Lasso. Above that, Lasso is also used for marketing campaigns and eblasts.

  • Connection between inventory and sales modules.
  • Calculation of commissions of representatives using the tool (not outside realtors).
  • Price revisions.
  • Seeing sold vs. available inventory at a glance.
  • Spot check on followups done by our sales teams.
  • Traffic created by marketing campaigns.
Lasso is a simple and easy-to-use CRM, above and beyond the daily tasks that the sales team or sales assistant complete, it allows our accounting department to generate reports and prepare invoices accordingly for commissions generated based on sales of condos.
