We use Linode to host several servers. It allows us to develop and host websites for our customers and make a profit.
- They make it extremely easy to setup and deploy server instances.
- Pricing is very competitive.
- They have many service/product offerings..
- I love how they are constantly adding more services/value.
- I wouldn't call this an improvement request as much as a want. I'd like to see Linode offer a reselling option.
- I feel like your larger server offerings (mainly large server hard drive space) are overpriced.
- I'd like to see better interface (built-in) for using object storage device.
- Saved me money for buying and keeping up with new servers.
- I am able to keep my servers lean and mean which makes for a better hosting experience for my customers.
Your interface is better than all of them. Ease of use is also better.
Great value. The up/down time is second to none. Customers like that sort of reliability.
Uptime is extremely important to my customers. Nothing like a server failure to get the phones to ringing. I have not had one major downtime report in the time that I have used Linode.

Yes - We replaced our dedicated in-house servers. The cost of keeping up with hardware updates and replacement is silly when there are cost effective vendors like Linode.

No - I don't need it. I'm a power user!
I needed increase the available space needed for create new server templates. The default space wasn't enough. The tech support guy worked with me to over ride the default. That was above and beyond.
