Overall Satisfaction with Linode
I have used Linode for eight years between my company and other clients. Their servers are top-notch, and I rarely have issues. If I remember correctly, I've had two unexpected downtimes in the past eight years due to a server node issue, but the servers were back up within 30 minutes. Other than that, I have never had any problems. Servers are always at top performance and run great. I have servers to host my website clients and build servers for other website designers using Linode. They're solid as they come.
Pros
- Server hosting.
- Customer support.
- Fast server hardware.
Cons
- Maybe user-friendliness interface. I'm okay with their setup because I'm a tech, but companies like Digital Ocean seem to be a little more user-friendly.
- Linode has been a great ROI because it's an affordable platform that allows me to host other clients' websites for profit.
I personally feel that Linode platform is more stable and faster than other platforms. While other are great Linode has never let me down. I've hosted with other providers for clients because that's who they were using and they definitely go down more than Linode has.
