Overall Satisfaction with Akamai Connected Cloud

I’m use a lot of Linode services such us LKE, Load balancer, certificate manager and database as a service. My use case is a white label software which is served to many customers. The service is very reliable.

the relevant point that made me choose linode is the pricing strategy.
on one occasion I had to contact support with a problem and they were professional and helped me solve the problem in a very short time.

2 - In our organization, Akamai Connected Cloud is used by teams across multiple business functions, including IT, cybersecurity, and content delivery. These teams leverage Akamai solutions to improve system performance, strengthen security measures, and optimize content delivery. The integration supports our goals of efficiency and scalability.
Currently, we do not have internal resources dedicated to supporting Akamai Connected Cloud. Instead, we rely on specialized external consultants who have expertise in cloud infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and network and application performance optimization.

The support we have received is excellent, and the features offered have allowed us to significantly improve business operations and respond quickly to market challenges. For these reasons, renewing the service is a clear choice for us.
