We are using Liveperson Insights to analyze our chats to better our service, and find areas in which we can improve.

  • Program is slow when there is a lot of data
  • The ROI on the product was great, paid for itself several times over
  • Better customer service as we can see what agents were doing wrong

I have not used an alternative.
The product was great, but the effectiveness will go down the more you use the product. You will find all the problems within the first few months, and future use will be for trend spotting.
This is more suited towards companies with a lot of chat and data.
