Overall Satisfaction with LOVAT
We use LOVAT to automatically file VAT tax returns. We have an online store, we sell to different countries, so without automation it would be a lot of paperwork. LOVAT takes care of the calculations, reminders, and the filing itself — it saves a lot of time.
Pros
- The biggest plus is that everything is automated. We connected the store, everything works just fine: VAT was calculated, declarations were filed, nothing was forgotten.
- Support is also standard - if something is unclear, they answer quickly and to the point.
Cons
- Navigation in the dashboard is not very good. Sometimes it is a bit difficult to find the desired function the first time. For example, we did not immediately understand where to add new countries or reports. It would be cool to have tips in the interface
- The positive impact is 100%. We saved at least a few hours each month, plus we avoided penalties for late or incorrect submissions. This directly affects ROI, because time = money, especially when the team is small.
- And what’s more — less stress. This is also a value, albeit an intangible one
