Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It's really easy to learn, you need no training really to jump in and use it.
Lucidchart helps me design workflows and process documentation. This is used company wide for many of our departments. I have used this at previous jobs, and will use it in the future. I love they have templates you can use without having to start from scratch if you don't want to.

Pros

  • Streamline process.
  • Simplifies documentation.
  • Makes it easy to show workflows.

Cons

  • Some templates are harder to manipulate than others.
  • Needs more process workflow charts.
  • Saves time on documentation.
We don't really integrate this with other systems that I know of. I use this to create documentation and save process flows in our training folders.
I really haven't had to use support on this yet, but I am assuming it would be easy to access.
