Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

You can just create a new document, drag & drop elements, and connect them with wires even if you have never done it before. It's pretty natural.
In Applifting we not only use Lucidchart for technical diagrams like component, deployment and sequential diagrams, but also for user or screen flows. Lucidchart is easy to use and good for sharing diagrams in teams. As a user you can choose from many diagram types, it also supports same diagram types with a different look for elements.
  • Designing diagrams in Lucidchart is a pleasure
  • Great UI & UX
  • Very good diagram organization structure
  • Google reCAPTCHA on Login is very annoying
  • Improved productivity
  • Easy to share with colleagues
  • Platform independent
I have not used these integrations yet.
I have not need to contact support.

Would you buy Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite again?

Yes

Lucidchart works very well when designing diagrams. It's very easy to place an element and connect it with other elements with wires. I really like "smart things" like when you place an element above a line, and when you drop it, the line is split, and the element is connected on both sides.
