Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Some of the options aren't as intuitive as others. The "magnetized" toggle, for instance. If you aren't aware of it, you might get frustrated when everything moves along with the one object you were trying to drag! Smart arrows can sometimes be a pain to line up correctly as well. On the whole, these are relatively minor issues.
Complex technical diagrams can be a headache to build, especially when they are needed quickly and must be consistent across the board. Lucidchart makes it quick and easy to build high quality, easily readable, professional diagrams that are uniform across the team.

This isn't something I can speak to, unfortunately, as I don't use any of the Lucidchart integrations currently.
I have never needed support, however I am sure it would be excellent based on other communications from Lucid. Note: The instructions say to skip this question if I have not contacted support, but there was no way to do so on the form.
