Lucid Sparks Creativity and Collaboration for Students
Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark
My team is composed of five 8th grade English Language Arts teachers. We use Lucidspark as an educational tool for virtual and face-to-face students. It effectively helps students collaborate on assignments. This has been essential to helping build a community of learners among our virtual kids. Additionally, we use it for formative assessments; students respond to "exit tickets" at the end of class to help us determine how to adjust instruction to meet their needs.
- Lucidspark is easy to use for students and teachers. It requires minimal time and effort to set up a whiteboard that will suit your needs.
- The white board tools are great for collaboration. Students can collaborate with one another, connect ideas using the arrows and lines, and the emoji reactions are a familiar way to interact with one another.
- It would be helpful if there was an option for displaying the contributor's name on their post.
- I would like more color options for the sticky notes.
- Integration with learning management systems, like Canvas
