In our business, it is used to monitor firewall traffic and send alerts if there is any traffic that is out of the ordinary, or if there are any attacks present on the firewall. Overall, it is our way of easily seeing what kind of traffic is going in and out of our firewall.

Pros

Displays firewall traffic in a user friendly dashboard
Customer service is always quick to respond
Setup and configuration is easy

Cons

Could be quicker to address patches in third party software used with ManageEngine that may come up in a vulnerability scan

Return on Investment

It sends alerts if the firewall goes down, therefore we are able to address the issue before too much time has passed.

Usability

The UI is really easy to use

ManageEngine Firewall Analyzer is well suited if you need to be able to have insight into the types of traffic going in and out of your firewall along with being able to view if there are any present attacks to your firewall. Alerts can also be configured as well. These are just a few of the many things it can do but is what we use the most.
