Overall Satisfaction with Marketo
Marketo is used by marketing to execute campaigns and do lead scoring. Sales uses it a bit. It is our outbound marketing tool. It's also linked with the website and knows when visitors return, etc.
- Executes campaigns and provides a quick way to close previous campaigns.
- Reporting.
- Lead scoring.
- Linking with CRMs other than SFDC are a real problem.
- The way things are laid out can be very confusing.
- Marketo sales people are not that great. Just sayin'.
I didn't select it, but I would have. It's the industry leader.
