Overall Satisfaction with Merge

We used Merge to fetch user attributes from customers' HRIS systems. This is an essential part of doing Identity and Access Management (IAM) at scale. Access is often given based on these attributes. Without Merge, we would need to build integrations with many different HRIS providers and therefore was essential for us.

  • Very strong positive impact. We were able to avoid building many integrations to support different HRIS systems
Merge was incredibly easy to setup. Once setup, it was incredibly easy to add new integratinons.
