Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Defender XDR

We use Microsoft Defender XDR for threat detection including mails and cloud services and the overall security of
our devices. Great compatability with Windows. We use it round the clock 24/7 to keep our important data safe and can prevent any cyber attacks.

Pros

  • Integration with Microsoft Products is exceptionally well.
  • Realtime Threat Detection and Counters
  • Getting Proper Support when required.

Cons

  • Room to add more features and functionality.
  • Occasional false positives, that does waste some time can be worked upon.
  • Compatibility with older devices can be better.
  • Have been able to save a lot of manual labour and time as XDR has automated a lot of tasks.
  • Better Security with Microsoft Defender XDR's vast experience and capabilities.
  • Better Threat Detection and Management.
We had a lot of manual work that had to be done that I can share manually as per our company policy. However, can say one thing for sure that Microsoft Defender XDR has reduced our efforts by 50%.
A lot less efforts and time is consumed on tasks that were previously had to be completed manually. Microsoft Defender XDR has increased efficiency and Security.
Yes, we have been using automated response in Microsoft Defender XDR. It's been a very pleasing experience with it. Never faced any major problems.
