Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Defender XDR
This is used across our entire fleet of devices. It has allowed us to streamline the services we use as now most things are under the Microsoft umbrella.
This makes them much more worthwhile from a cost perspective as we're no longer paying for the functionality and another product for XDR.

- Highlights vulnerabilities as well as live incidents

The onboarding process is not as seamless as other products.
There is no agent to install, you have a few options available to onboard devices.

All info is contained within one portal and we do not need to go looking elsewhere for information regarding an incident.
We use this for email zapping when dodgy emails are not blocked by the filter.
We have this connected to Microsoft Sentinel. It wasn't the easiest thing to configure, however now it is set up, it works really well.
Not at this time.
It provides additional protection and also integrates better with other Microsoft programs and operating systems.
