Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Yammer

With the purchase of Office 365 Essentials, users can communicate using Yammer with other users for quick questions.

Pros

  • Integrates with other Office products
  • Small amount of computer resources

Cons

  • I enjoy using Yammer for work communications. I really don't have any improvements that I can think of.
  • Positive impact. Employees have been able to have questions answered without spending time on the phone or going into another office.
I haven't had to use support for Yammer.
