Great Tool that gets staff talking.

We use Mimecast Engage Awareness Training to uplift the awareness of the dangers that bad actors pose, and to engage the critical thinking skills of our employees. All staff in our organization must complete regular modules which we report on to the leaders of our business.
Having all staff constantly engaged in thinking about threats, strengthens our security posture.

Our users are very proactive now after doing the training courses and often identify phishing Emails, and usually alert IT about these so they can be dealt with.

Whilst the style of the content is not to everyone's taste they do sometimes spark conversation among colleagues. Especially with the multiple choice questions - these can sometimes make for fun conversations as to which choice was best.
