Mimecast Engage Awareness Training is good for short and quick training for employees. Provide a huge range of video and content
Pros
- Good enjoyable content
- Provides a huge range of video on different security types
- Provides some feedback to staff on security principles
Cons
- Needs to be able to provide better reporting
- Needs to have multi video training
- Not very custom
- You can only go targeted training or company wide. Can do it all in one
- It helps the low tech users, but not high tech staff
- Video stops some issues with emails and general clicking on things
I don't think so, Most the reporting I find not great and is missing details. Some users will get flagged for no reason. User Risk Scoring you can't see details on why they have that score and what can be done to make it better.
I feel like this style of training works better for our business as we don't have much management push behind normal training so doing more engagement
We have only done a trail, but it seems to have much better reporting and can make it more custom. But it cost alot more

We are forced onto the premium support by the vendor we purchased via, We don't use it often
