Overall Satisfaction with Mozilla Firefox

I use Mozilla Firefox for multiple tasks, but primarily to access vendor websites for benefit administration. It allows me to switch easily between tasks and have multiple tabs open at the same time. It is a browser that functions well with different types of websites. Mozilla Firefox allows our organization to tackle complex tasks in a user friendly environment.

  • Some websites do not function correctly
  • Favorited websites are not found as easily
  • Need to refresh websites at times
  • More efficient bookkeeping
  • Human resource management is more effective with Mozilla Firefox
  • Allows streamlined communication with different entities
Mozilla Firefox has always been one of the most usable browsers available. It is intuitive to use and has functionality that other browsers sometimes lack. There is a sense of confidence that I have when using Mozilla Firefox. I have been able to guide employees through tasks on Mozilla Firefox that would have been more challenging on a different browser.
Mozilla Firefox stacks up very well alongside similar products. There has not been a feature I have needed that a similar product had that was lacking from Mozilla Firefox. The product has been developed very well and updates have been effective at maintaining security. I have been a long-time user of Mozilla Firefox and have no reason to change.

In my experience, Mozilla Firefox is one of the most user friendly browsers available. I know employees who use it who are very familiar with technology and prefer it to other options. At the same time, employees who are less familiar with technology find Mozilla Firefox to be accessible. I have not found a scenario where it was not appropriate.
