We are a 10-15-person company. We all use only the browser Google Chrome. It is an excellent browser and very handy. With the introduction of AI, Google Chrome will remain in indirect competition with Perplexity's Comet. The future of AI Development will decide the future of Google Chrome. Comet is the direct competitor, but we still prefer Google Chrome as it is tried and tested with Google Gemini as a convenient tool.

I basically use it run in house website or tool which are hosted on Web, or usually run web-based application. It help save time and is quick to run as compared to having to install a software.

It has large scale uses as organization uses Chrome browser for n number of application, like having to run real time status monitoring for their services in different region which is also a web based application. so likewise it has been a very helpful tool. and I would recommend having Chrome installed on your machine so you can enjoy the seamless experience as well. Apart from this there is also a lot of extensions which you can use to help you stay on top of your thing find the right extension to help you be 5x at your work with various extension tools available for you.

Pros

  • It helps run inhouse web based applications seamlessly
  • It has lot of extension options to choose from and helps in being more productive.
  • and as always offers smooth experience and have very less latency and is user friendly
  • it's settings option offers variety of options, from font size to history management and all

Cons

  • bookmarks section is slightly have scope for improvement
  • searching through history is difficult, if we can get filter options there
  • and it can add an auto ticker option which will help in staying on active sessions for longer

  • now 2026 onwards i read an article that Chrome has released memory and enrgy saver feature.

Cons

  • huge memory tabs are very hard to manage because it become idle vey soon.
  • cross site tracking blocking sould be tere by default.
  • it has multiprocess architecture but ut also has a memory hog

I use Google Chrome in my day to day life for searching , opening pdf etc. so the Google Chrome solve that the user need to a space where he can connect through internet and he can query lots of things and get response. In my use case I use it for opening multiple sites and like jira, igit etc.

Pros

  • So I use on of the finest feature of the t it supports well for opening the document in Google Chrome.
  • Google Chrome has auto correct feature that help me if I don't know the meaning. I just write the somehow the words and it got the correct reference word.
  • Google Chrome is fast with less query time that is best for me because I can't wait for a long time.

Cons

  • Google Chrome need to work on the image viewing feature similar to pdf.
  • Google Chrome does not support some extensions which are helpful extensions.
  • Although it is fast but need to improvement on query response time and accuracy.

  • Google Chrome is 8 out of 10 is RETURN ON INVESTMENT.
  • Most of the objectives are up to the point but the html view color pallet is not good.
  • So if I talk that it is giving the almost everything thing what we need from searching to viewer tool etc that is 90% things are covered.
