Overall Satisfaction with Netskope Private Access

We use this product as a proxy on our computers, in addition to using the VPN option for work outside the office.

Pros

  • The ability to block uploads of information to the cloud
  • The power to select what to do and what not to do within a website

Cons

  • When a blocking alert pops up, the user could click to request it be enabled, making it easier to create the policy.
  • For us it is important because we can identify and we can perform blocks with AD groups, and not allow all use to users
It is really very easy to configure and use at first, then you can see all the options it has and improve everything, but the use is intuitive
It is much more intuitive and you can perform more functionalities

It actually works very well as a proxy, allowing you to create the exceptions you need. It even recognizes them in many applications, and you can configure them as instances, to be more precise.

Using Netskope Private Access

Netskope Private Access Implementation

The process was smooth and well managed.

There was probably good technical coordination and support.

There were only minor details that could be improved.

Netskope Private Access Support

The support is good, but the problem is that even if you indicate that you prefer support in Spanish, the application indicates that it is available. I have never had a technician who spoke to me in Spanish.

We have a team that with normal support is enough for us.
Yes - Some issues are resolved very quickly, but we've had other problems that have taken longer, especially when the problem is due to something related to Netskope or another website that's blocking us. I don't think the problem is Netskope, but I'm not sure.
We had some issues with Netskope on mobile devices and they resolved it quickly and consistently.
