Network for Good resolved the issue of streamlining donor data enabling us to have a concise look at donor information. It has also enabled us to retrieve a comprehensive overview of donor retention, donor profile, and provides easy sorting functions to find applicable information regarding our donors.

No, we didn't purchase premium support. I don't know if that exists, but if so, it's unnecessary because the support [Network for Good] provides is premium anyhow.
Each time I have contacted [Network for Good] for support, the answers I receive are always satisfactory to address my problem. There are times, a feature I'd like isn't available and the support team always sends a product request to see if my suggestions can be written into the program sometime. To me, that's exceptional.
