Overall Satisfaction with Network for Good

We use it to mange our donor database. We previously had multiple agencies providing database, payment processing, and mailing options. Network for Good tracks and manages all of these areas on one platform. On top of that, it has been very user friendly, enabling us to easily access and use information. It has been a powerful tool, helping us to better engage old and new donors.

Pros

  • Centralized communication options, including email blasts, text messaging, and video messages
  • Integrated payment processing

Cons

  • Access to donor payment details--we cannot update credit card information on our own. It is a good security feature but a bit tedious.
