Overall Satisfaction with Network for Good
We use Network For Good throughout the organization for both donation and programming tracking and communication, helping us to craft the right message to our supporters and those that WE support. It's very convenient to have all of our data in one location, and while we do backups locally, it's also nice having a secure cloud-based database.
Pros
- Easy to manage groups so we can target program info to patients and support requests to donors.
- Automatic receipts with the option to have the donor cover the 3% processing fee is great (almost every donor chooses to cover the fee).
- Easy export and import of data.
Cons
- We'd appreciate even more template options for newsletters and event invites.
- It's easier for us to pull monthly donation reports from "DonateNow" than from Network For Good. Please fix that. I'd be happy to discuss that with you.
- Donor tracking, and donation management and reports
- Newsletter / e-mail communications
- A consolidated tool for e-mail, tracking, communications, etc.
- Consolidating multiple tools has reduced expense.
- While not quantified, administrative time for reports and communications has been reduced allowing us to spend more time on fundraising.
