Overall Satisfaction with Network for Good

I am using Network for Good for fundraising and staying in touch with donors and potential donors. I have sent texts to give messages to clients, friends, and potential donors and have a newsletter to email as soon as I obtain email addresses for more contacts.

Pros

  • On-boarding support
  • Answering questions in chat
  • User-friendly

Cons

  • More appointments available with on-boarding specialist
  • Longer appointments with on-boarding (30 minutes is not long enough)
  • Fund raising platform
  • Ability to post pictures and text for emails
  • Ability to add impact info for fundraising
  • First week of fundraising-generated $350 in checks mailed and $35 online donation
  • Text messages did not generate the donations expected yet
Network for Good was selected due to the excellent information received from the sales department and the other companies that were using it.

Excellent for donor communication. Text messages were blocked by carriers and I had to send them 8 at a time. I need to check with customer support to see how to best handle this situation.
