Overall Satisfaction with NINJIO

We have had a number of phishing attack's over a 6 month period and needed to make users more security-aware. We needed to have our users become more aware of the security issues and concerns out in the world. We felt this would better secure our own environment and our users personally.
  • Onboarding went really well
  • Video's are very well done
  • Support for any questions or concerns are answer promptly.
  • Honestly, it works very well for us can't think of anything we would request to be done differently.
  • We did not look at ROI

Very easy to maintain a user list and extremely easy for users. Reporting is also easy.
They are very diligent and always are following up.
The videos do a great job of educating users on a variety of cyber security issues and concerns 'in the world'. This helps the individual users and the company.
