Overall Satisfaction with Nutanix Cloud Infrastructure

We use AOS to host more than 100 virtual machines on different OS. Since our migration to AOS, we haven't had any issues related to our environment. AOS has been great for us from support to documentation it had allowed us to focus on growing instead of troubleshooting. It is used across our technical department but everyone in the company touches it indirectly.
  • One-click upgrades.
  • Very fast hypervisor.
  • Easy management.
  • Pricing.
Nutanix is very well suited for anybody looking for a stable hypervisor. You have stunning support access ready 27/7 to assist and always taking care of any issues that could prevent you from uptime. I can't find any reason why it wouldn't suit any MSP needs.

Evaluating Nutanix Cloud Infrastructure and Competitors

  • Product Features
  • Product Usability
  • Product Reputation
  • Positive Sales Experience with the Vendor
  • Analyst Reports
The most improtant thing for us is the support reputation. We knew the support was one of their greatest quality and we were still surprised by the quality of it. The number of features directly aimed towards our needs were also a major key in our decision.

Nutanix Cloud Infrastructure Support

The support is stunning. I had to call in in the middle of the night for a concerning issue and someone was available in minutes to help. He connected remotely to my computer and he explaining every move as he was fixing the issue. There is never a case where they won't be able to fix the problem. I have never seen support like this!

Using Nutanix Cloud Infrastructure

Nutanix Cloud Infrastructure Reliability

The performance is very impressive. I am used to VMware and the snapshots were taking 10 minutes. The first time I had to restore from a snapshot on Nutanix it took 5 seconds and I couldn't believe it. Everything done on the server is fast. Powering on VM is done in seconds compared.to what we were using before.
