Very good support, knowledgeable, effective, and easy to reach. Online my Nutanix support portal is good & easy. The dashboard provides easy access to Nutanix services, support, and tools. Case management is easy and straightforward. The Nutanix AOS device heartbeat is synced to the portal, so they can generate reports based on some pre-build or customized templates.

The support (including via Pulse) is still one of the best in the industry. They haven't tried to make economies in this area yet, and long may that continue!

With the exception of one or two times, I have had great success with Nutanix support. Their response time is always within our support agreement, and their follow-up is very good.

Fast and very knowledgeable support team

Our first support ticket to Nutanix was responded to within 10 minutes of submission. That was kind of impressive. They have worldwide support so that when a support request is created, support is acknowledged in a relative short amount of time.

Nutanix [AOS] is a leader in the HCI industry and it becomes evident after deploying the software. The solution runs effortlessly and can scale seamlessly. We ran the Nutanix solution on Lenovo Servers and since Lenovo has a close working relationship with Nutanix, you can procure the Nutanix software directly from Lenovo as part of your Lenovo HCI solution. The advantage of going this route is that the hardware has been tested and verified by Lenovo that it is thus certified for Nutanix. The support is then also directly with Lenovo for both hardware and software.

SRE are always available and answers my question very quickly. If you have a main issue, you can count on them to help you.

Fast and very good support

Nutanix support is excellent. They are always willing to step in and help and have been very responsive to issues and requests we have as a company. We use a great deal of Nutanix and have built a great report of work with them allowing use to grow and a fast pace while maintaining a level of support that is beneficial to both companies. We continue to collaborate and work well with Nutanix.

The support section needs more improvement.

The support is stunning. I had to call in in the middle of the night for a concerning issue and someone was available in minutes to help. He connected remotely to my computer and he explaining every move as he was fixing the issue. There is never a case where they won't be able to fix the problem. I have never seen support like this!

Without a doubt, there is no other company of Nutanix's size that has the speed of response and the quality of attention that Nutanix offers. Before the opening of a case of medium severity, an engineer is contacted in a matter of hours to solve the problem you have. If the problem is critical, in minutes they respond with the skills needed to solve the problems. Working with Nutanix really gives you peace of mind because you know you can always count on the support.
