Overall Satisfaction with OctopusPro

Everything that wasn't really necessary was removed. This CRM is for a sales team that wants to work quickly and combine phone, email, and SMS. It only takes a few seconds to update a lead or enter a new one. This is something I've never seen a CRM do! I'm leaving Zoho, which is excellent, but slow, slow, slow. Octopuspro provided me with all I needed, and I wasn't even using 1% of what Zoho has to offer. Additionally, prompt customer service when I need it!

I'm most impressed by how many calls I can make in a single day. My call volume has increased dramatically since I started using Octopuspro—it's fantastic!
It was also really easy to include Octopuspro into my regular process. My workflow is even more effective because to the platform's smooth integration with other technologies. It is quite easy to set up and incorporate Octopuspro into existing processes, especially for those without a lot of technical expertise. The support staff is also deserving of great recognition. Their outstanding customer service is demonstrated by the timely and helpful responses I always receive when I have a query.

I adore their power dialer and telemarketing features in general, first and foremost. Close is, in my opinion, the greatest CRM in this division. Its simple customization allowed us to precisely tailor it to our requirements. We have successfully integrated it with all other applications to date, and even our offline touchpoints are now close.

We use it every day, and in the event that we ran into an issue, the customer service personnel promptly solved it.
