Overall Satisfaction with OneStream

I have implemented OneStream for many organizations, some small and some large. I have found OneStream to be highly flexible and the Marketplace solutions that OneStream provides give organizations a jump start that would typically take weeks or even months to get started. Whether companies are doing planning or consolidations or trying to tackle other analytical challenges, OneStream can provide many options.

  • Security is flexible, but can be confusing for end users
  • Documentation around internal business rule methods
  • Standards on 3rd party libraries
  • Ability to integrate visual studio with OneStream Cloud for developers
  • Typically clients are able to see immediate ROI
OneStream is able to integrate faster and has a broader scope of newer technologies which makes it interact with other systems much more efficiently and seamlessly.

Obviously OneStream's sweet spot is Consolidations and Planning.

OneStream is not well suited for transactional data. this data can be reported on with bi blend, but OneStream is not a transactional system and trying to use it in this type of use case is not appropriate
