Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use this product to ensure our group of users who are on a very generous hybrid work schedule have the support they need when they need it. Most importantly we need to make sure the right person is accessing our system and with the correct authentication. This is important given it prevent bad actors.

Usability

Usability with this and any Oracle product is a hit or miss. Over the years things are significantly better and I had users feeling better about training and usability. It shows Oracle have taken customer feedback and made the improvement. What is I would say however it requires a bit of training upfront.

I would say situation where you have multiple ERPs or application you have difficulties integrating Oracle Access Management. One of the pitfalls of any Oracle product really. Really good secure platform so that's a plus especially in this day and age but that comes with the limitation of crowding out some moms and pops application for integration.
